HOCKIO manages all aspects of your matches including emailing and sms messaging match cards to the teams managers and umpires.  Depending on the setup of your competition, our match cards can be entered by the teams managers and umpires capturing all goals, cards and stats as required.

HOCKIO takes care of club/school and team registrations for your hockey competitions.  Integrate our registration forms directly into your website and you’re ready to manage all aspects of your competition.  HOCKIO manages all your teams players via our E-Cards sent out on match days.  All competition standings, judicial points and stats are live via your website not ours, keeping traffic on your site.

HOCKIO can generate your competition draws.  Simply tell us how many rounds, what finals you would like and HOCKIO calculates how many turf slots are required each week.  Once you set the turf slots HOCKIO generates the draw automatically ready and published on your website.  Your players can view the draws live via your website or the HOCKIO mobile apps.

Manage your turfs via our simple calendar function.  Your turf calendars will show all matches, turf bookings with the ability to easily drag and drop to update.  Our turf booking function allows users on your website to check the availability of your turfs and request turf bookings.  You simply approve or decline your booking and HOCKIO takes care of the rest.

HOCKIO Umpire management allows your umpire managers to allocate umpires to each of your matches.  Umpire availability will be checked against Umpire Groups to make sure you have the right people for the right matches.  Our Competition system then sends an SMS 2 hours before the match to the umpires with the E-Card to enter match details.  Our HOCKIO mobile apps take umpiring one step further with live match close and card clocks on your Apple or Android device.

HOCKIO is completely web-based, meaning that all information is live.  As the umpires are entering goals during the match, your supporters can follow along via your website getting updates live as they happen.  The HOCKIO mobile applications also allow you to monitor a game as it happens by getting updates on goals and judicial cards given throughout the match.  We are looking to extend this functionality in the future to allow live commentary of key matches also.

HOCKIO keeps all stats for your competitions.  Simply integrated into your website is your competition results for each match, live standings of results updated automatically as umpires complete matches.  We also keep track of all your judicial points and top goal scorers for each competition (providing the competition is setup as a stats comp).  All this information is available via your website keeping your traffic on your website.  This information is also available via the HOCKIO mobile apps for Apple and Android.

HOCKIO has a good list of available reports to both backend association members or via your website for your players.  The draws are available live on your website along with other stats but users have the ability to click the PDF button to export this information as printable reports for your association notice boards etc.  Reports can be custom developed for each associations requirements for an additional fee.

Coming Soon HOCKIO will be fully integrated with both Facebook and Twitter.  This means you can have your match results published automatically after each match to your association facebook page and twitter account.  This is another way we can automate to save your staff time. 

Check the app stores in the coming weeks.  Our HOCKIO mobile applications are coming.  These applications will allow you to follow the draws, matches live, standings, top goal scorers, judicial points and more for each of your favourite teams or competitions.  

HOCKIO can be locked down many different ways.  This allows you as an association administrator to give different access to different people as required.  A key example of this is your umpire manager.  Give them access to the competitions they appoint umpires for, access to the umpire master list and restrict them from making draw changes and turf bookings.  Each part of HOCKIO can be locked down or allocated to each user providing total flexibility.
