1. Match Report
We have introduced a PDF match report that can be run by either HOCKIO admin users or any player via the Association Website.
The match report shows both teams, umpires, coaches/managers names and also each goal/card issued during the match.
This report can be run from the Matches screen inside HOCKIO by clicking the Report Icon in the grid or by viewing the Draw in the Assoication website and clicking the Report Icon next to the LIVE link.
This will run the report and extract the data as PDF for the user. Example of the report is
2. Umpires Payment Report
Under the reports menu in HOCKIO there is now an Umpires Payment Report.
This report gathers all matches played between the selected Start and End Dates. It then groups matches by Umpire with each match showing the rate from the Competition Setup area. This then calculates the payment for each Umpire with a total amount showing at the top and details of each match below.

3. Umpire Group Report
This report shows a list of all umpires that are active in the system, along with each group the umpire is setup as a part of. This report can be used to double check which umpires are part of the Junior Umpire Group for example.
4. Stats Extraction Report
This report was Requested by Waikato and Counties Hockey. It allows you to extract all data for a specific competition into Excel. This will show every match, every player of each match and stats for each player. This can then be used in Excel to slice and dice statistical data how ever you please.
This report is run from the Reports Menu and is called Stats Extract.
You can then use the disk icon to export the data to Excel file which will allow you to slice and dice the information how you please.
5. Adjustable Results Only – Entry Time
When a competition is in Results Only mode, the umpire or managers only have a default of 120 mins from the match start time to enter results. We now have the ability to adjust this for each Association independently. If you find 2 hours is to short a time to have managers/umpires enter the results after the match we can extend this out.
To extend this out, this is a setup option by us, please email us your required timeout and we will adjust for you.
6. HOCKIO Standings
We have adjusted the view of the Standings section in HOCKIO to match the Standings section on the Association Website. This now includes groupings and splits results by those groupings.
