We collect your personal information in order to:
- provide Covid Tracing Details to the Ministry of Health
Besides our staff, we share this information with:
- the Ministry of Health in order to provide contact tracing information as requested.
Providing your information is optional. However if you choose not to enter the required contact information, we’ll be unable to admit you to the facility.
We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure cloud server and only allowing association staff to access it on behalf of the Ministry of Health. We keep your information for the period required during the Covid-19 pandemic at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing the data.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at info@hockio.nz.
