This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on HOCKIOS website and our apps for iPhone and Android and any other devices and platforms.
Information we collect
We collect player information in the HOCKIO web application only. Players are registered in HOCKIO web application by team managers.
HOCKIO iPhone and Android applications only display players names and shirt numbers registered in the HOCKIO system. Information collected by the iPhone and Android information if match statistic information entered by Managers and or Umpires throughout a hockey match. This includes, Goals scored against the player, judicial cards entered against the players.
Information for match days are emailed to both team managers and umpires on the day of the match.
Technical basics
At present notifications are only done locally on the device for timer related activities. (Timing the period of the match and alerting by local push notification at the end of the match).
We use cookies on the site to keep you logged in.
Our server software may also store basic technical information, such as your IP address, in temporary memory or logs when accessing the API or WEBSITE.
Ads and analytics
HOCKIO’s app does not collect or aggregate, anonymous statistics.
Information usage
We use the information we collect to operate and improve our website, apps, and customer support.
We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.
